Hope Jones was granted a divorce from Daniel Jones, both of Mahanoy City. They were married May 2, 1988.
Charles M. Harman, Tremont, was granted a divorce from Clair M. Harman, Valley View. They were married Oct. 8, 2007.
Perry Kaufman,14 Second St., Middleport, was granted a divorce from Linda Kaufman, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Aug. 10, 1986.
Daniel A. Kunstek Jr., was granted a divorce from Stephanie Kunstek, both of Marlin, Norwegian Township. They were married Sept. 18, 2004.
Anthea Dunkelberger, Orwigsburg, was granted a divorce from Trevor W. Dunkelberger, Harrisburg. They were married Aug. 4, 2008.
Beth M. Ebling was granted a divorce from Willilam R. Ebling, both of Orwigsburg. They were married Dec. 20, 2003.
Richard Murphy, 35 W. High St., Coaldale, was granted a divorce from Bridget Murphy, 310 E. Patterson St., Lansford. They were married Aug. 31, 2010.
Thomas J. Blackwell, 630 E. Mahanoy Avenue, Mahanoy City, was granted a divorce from Kimberly M. Blackwell, 30 Courdas Road, Barnesville. They were married June 26, 2010.
Sharon Greely, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from John Greely, Reading. They were married Feb. 14, 1996.
File for divorce
Bethany N. DiBartolo, 81 Hunter St., Tamaqua, started a divorce action against David A. DiBartolo, 300 Penn St., Tamaqua. They were married Sept. 22, 2001.
Suzanne M. Christman, 1 Redwood Lane, Jonestown, Lebanon County, filed for divorce from Lance K. Christman, State Correctional Institute at Graterford, Montgomery County. They were married Aug. 22, 1987.
Settle suit
The civil acton filed on behalf of Carol and Austin Eckert, both of 212 Valley St., New Philadelphia, against Matthew Delluso and Joseph L. and Cynthia Delluso, all of 31 Catherine St., Barnesville, was discontinued on order of Judge John E Domalakes because an out-of-court settlement was reached.
A jury had been selected to hear testimony but the court was notified the day before the trial a settlment was reached. The suit concerned a collision in Pottsville between vehicles driven by Carol Eckert and Matthew Delluso.
Start civil action
Anthony Reed, 143 N. 10th St., Apt. 1, Allentown, started a civil action against Carly Sarge, 2714 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold, for alleged injuries suffered in an accident on Feb. 15, 2010, at the intersection of West Penn Pike (SR309) and Dove Lane in West Penn Township.
Revoke parole
Helene C. Grutza, 36, of 39 Vulcan Road, Barnesville, had her parole revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller because she failed to follow the order of the court.
At her hearing her probation officer testified she failed to keep her appointments with him and failed to notify of being arrested on a retail theft charge while on probation.
She was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the county prison. She had pleaded guilty to theft of cosmetic products from Walmart Store in Rush Township and was placed on probation.
Drop charges
Charges of simple assault and harassment were dismissed by President Judge William E. Baldwin against Tyler John Roeder, 21, Pottsville, because the victim, Breanna Phillips, did not wish to prosecute.
Dissolve bench

Jason J. Miller, formerly of Tamaqua and now residing in Lansford, received a hearing in court after being brought in on a bench warrant.
The bench warrant was dissolved by Judge Miller and Miller was sentenced to serve the sentence imposed by President Judge William E. Baldwin of 21 to 42 months in a state correctional facility. Miller pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance in Tamaqua but failed to appear last October to begin serving his sentence.
Marissa Stevens, 22, 50 Robinson Road, Mahanoy City, formerly of Barnesville, had the bench warrant which brought her into court dissolved by Judge Miller after a hearing and new bail of $2,000 unsecured was set with certain conditions.
They are that she was reside at the Mahanoy City address and not relocate without permission from the district attorney's office, shall not possess nor consume alcoholic beverage or illegal drugs, shall not travel outside of Pennsylvania without permission from the district attorney and follow all bail requirements.
Stevens is awaiting trail on charges brought by Trooper Brent Spleen of theft of video games from Game Stop Video Game Store in New Castle Township. She was previously placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition) probation program for 12 months but violated the court order and the program was revoked.
Pleas guilty
Michael Anthony Wilson, 35, Girardville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge Miller to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison beginning Friday, Jan. 20 at 9 a.m.
He also was fined $500, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, $50 to Catastrophe fund and $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center. When released on probation he shall attend an alcohol highway safe driving school and his driver's license is suspended 12 months. On a summary charge of careless driving he was fined $25 plus $50 costs.
John Eric Ogden, 48, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft from the Buy Me Again Store, Pottsville, and was sentenced by Judge Miller to pay the cost of prosecution, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement account and make restitution of $275.38 to Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office.
Revoke probation
Robert Adam Davis, 29, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and he was recomitted to the county prison with no credit for 378 days of liberty which will be added to his maximum sentence. He received credit for spending 88 days in the county prison.
Davis had pleaded guilty to charges of possession of an instrument of crime, impersonating a pubic servant by claiming to be a member of the drug task force and criminal conspiracy. After spending time in prison was released on probation.
Ian Andrew Hartz, Ashland, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was re-sentenced on a charge of burglary to serve six to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 72 days. On a criminal conspiracy charge he was sentenced to serve five years on probation.
Hartz had pleaded guilty to burglary of the Boyer IGA Store in 2007 and after serving time in prison was released on probation.
