Property dispute
Michael and Deborah Molar, 1722 Hudson Drive, Packer Township, filed a civil action against Mary Ann Katchur, 72 Penn St., Beaver Meadows.
The suit states the parties entered into an agreement for the purchase of property by the plaintiffs from the defendant for $85,000. The suit alleges the plaintiffs fulfilled their part of the agreement but the defendant has failed to proceed to settlement and transfer the property to the plaintiffs.
The court is asked to enjoin the defendant from mortgaging or encumbering the property in any way; from selling or conveying the property to another; and order the defendant to live up to the agreement and convey the property to the plaintiffs.
