Lansford couple celebrates 60 years

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Neifert of Lansford recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married on June 8, 1952 in St. Nicholas Church, Lansford.

Mrs. Neifert is the former Helen Rim, daughter of the late Helen and Peter Rim of Coaldale.

Mr. Neifert is the son of the late Hilda and Charles Neifert of Mahoning Valley.

The couple has two daughters, Susanne, wife of James Fedor; and Lori, wife of Timothy Marsh. They also have four grandchildren, Ryan and Jason Fedor, and Kyle and Lindsey Marsh.

To celebrate the couple's anniversary, a family dinner was held at Lake Hauto.
