Pilla to attend RPI

Marian's Anthony Pilla will continue his academic and athletic career at RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), which is located in Troy, NY.

Pilla was a three-year starter at center and defensive end for the Colts' football team and he also handled all long snapping duties.

One of Marian's tri-captains, Pilla was his team's Scholar Athlete and was an All-Schuylkill County First Team selection. He also played basketball for four years and baseball for three seasons.

Pilla, who will be majoring in Civil Engineering, was Student Council President and a member of the National Honor Society. He is the son of Joe and Louise Pilla of Lake Hauto.
