Wenrich leads FT

AJ Wenrich tossed a three-hitter and Alex Storm collected a pair of hits to help lead the Franklin Township Shockers to a 4-1 Keystone Senior Babe Ruth League win over Hazleton.

Wenrich allowed an unearned run in the fourth inning as the Mountaineers grabbed a 1-0 advantage but the Shockers pushed across four runs in the top of the fifth.

Storm had a double and knocked in a run during that fifth frame, while Wenrich helped his own cause with a hit, run and RBI. FT also received a hit and run from Anthony Rossino and Jimmer Farano.
