Earns bachelor degree from Moravian College

Kasara Brianne McLaughlin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McLaughlin, of Lehighton, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English from Moravian College, Bethlehem.

McLaughlin earned dean's honor list standing and was the recipient of Brig. Gen. and Mrs. Edgar L. Clewell Scholarship, Roger Fox Scholarships, Virginia Schaeffer Memorial Scholarship and Bob Schieffer Scholarship.

While at Moravian, McLaughlin acted as editor in chief of the Comenian campus newspaper.

McLaughlin is a graduate of Lehighton Area High School, Lehighton.
