Richard D. Rice, 812 E. Patterson St., Lansford, filed against Marcy L. Rice, same address. They were married Feb. 14, 2003.
Repair suit
John and Christina Bosi, 1005 Pineknoll Drive, Lake Harmony, filed an action against Danes Home Improvement, t/a Purofirst of Northeastern Pa., 3031 Hemlock Rd., Stroudsburg.
The suit states the plaintiffs' property sustained water damage in 2009 and per their insurance company the defendant was hired to due repairs. The suit states the plaintiffs then hired the defendant for additional work.
The suit alleges the additional work was not done according to warranty and a request for reimbursement was made. Breach of Contract is alleged and sought is $24,580 plus interest, costs and fees.
