Keep your ATVs in Philly

Last weekend while watching the news on a major Philly News network, the reporter interviewing an irate resident of Brotherly Love. The main source of irritation was grammar school children riding ATVs and dirt bikes in his neighborhood.

He was concerned about violation of traffic signals, riding on sidewalks and excessive noise echoing off the buildings and narrow alleys. I could see the frustration her was having and the lack of code enforcement by the city.

His resolution, let them ride in CARBON COUNTY! Say what ... Isn't it enough that these Philly residents have destroyed our park at Beltzville Lake? Now they want to destroy our pristine wood lands. Come-on, cut us Carbon County residents (locals) a break. Stay in PHILLY.
