Chestnut Ridge Seniors

The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet on Thursday, March 8 at 11 a.m. at the Kunkletown Vol. Fire Co. Bring a covered dish and dessert to help celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Be sure to wear something green.

Eldred supervisors

The next public Eldred Township supervisors meeting will be on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Eldred Township municipal building.

Blood drive

Donors are still needed for the blood drive to be held at St. Matthew's UCC on Monday, March 19 from 1-6 p.m. Please call the church office to sign up at (610) 381-2442.

Lenten service

The next Lenten service will be held on Wednesday, March 7 at Salem UCC in Gilbert. The Rev. William Ellsworth will be the guest preacher. Soup and sandwich hour will be at 6:30 p.m. and the service will begin at 7:30 p.m.
