JROTC Boosters meeting

The next meeting of the Panther Valley High School JROTC Boosters will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, March 19 in the JROTC room.

All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.

First Congregational Church

Next week's schedule of serviced and events at First Congregational Church, Coaldale, is as follows:

Sunday, March 11 - 9 a.m. Morning Worship; 10 a.m. Sunday School.

Monday, March 12 - 7 p.m. church board meeting.

Wednesday, March 14 - 7 p.m. Lenten Service, followed by choir rehearsal.

Sunday, March 18 - 9 a.m. Morning Worship; 10 a.m. Sunday School.

Nesquehoning

VFW Auxiliary

The regular monthly meeting of the Nesquehoning VFW Ladies Auxiliary will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 at the Post Home on E. Center Street. President Amanda Breiner will preside at the session.

All members of the Post and Auxiliary are reminded that the Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 31, at noon. The sign-up sheet is posted at the Post Home.

Children and grandchildren of all members are eligible and must be registered. The deadline to sign up is March 24.
