Auto crash suit

The suit states on March 5, 2010, a crash occurred along SR443, near the Pizza Hut restaurant, in Lehighton, in which a vehicle operated by Kyle Silliman crashed into a vehicle driven by the plaintiff.

Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
