Erin Warhurst, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Jake Warhurst, Fairfax, Va. They were married March 20, 2010.
Dawn M. Schlein was granted a divorce from Robert H. Schlein III, both of Pine Grove. They were ;married June 28. 2003.
E. Velia Gonzalez Deventevia was granted a divorce from Hector Joel Martinez, both of Pottsville. They were married July 18, 2003.
Nurse sues patient
Mary T. Raibeck, of 707 S. Wylam St., Frackville, started a civil suit against the estate of James L. Fleming, late of 147 S. 24th St., Pottsville, seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for alleged injuries suffered while caring for the patient.
According to the suit, Raibeck was employed at the Schuylkill Medical Center in Pottsville as a nurse and while on duty was called to Fleming's room to get him into a bed. It is claimed he became combative and grabbed and yanked her arm causing injuries to her shoulder and arm.
Credit card debt
CACH, LLC, Denver, Colo., filed suit against Daniel Halladay, 252 E. HIgh St., Coaldale, seeking judgment of $3,657.76 alleged balance owed on his credit card.
Discover Bank, New Albany, Ohio, filed suit against Bruce J. Edmonds, 546 E. Elm St., Tamaqua, seeking a judgment for $5,407.14 alleged owed on his credit card.
First National Bank of Omaha,Omaha, Neb., filed suit aganst Margaret J. Heine, 103 Lafayette St., Tamaqua, seeking a judgment for $5,266.04 alleged owed on her credit card.
