Mother's Day service

Mother's Day will be celebrated at First Congregational Church, Coaldale, at the 9 a.m. service Sunday, May 13, with the youth and children participating. Sunday school will follow at 10 a.m.

The church board will meet at 7 p.m., Monday, May 14.

Memorial Day will be the focus of the Women's Class meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 15.

All women, regardless of church affiliation, are invited to attend.

Choir rehearsal will take place at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 16.

Morning Worship will be held at 9 a.m., Sunday, May 20, followed by Sunday School at 10 a.m.

Registrations are being accepted for Vacation Bible School, which will be held 6-8 p.m., from July 9-13.

Memorial Day Choir

Rehearsal for the Memorial Day Community Choir will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, May 24, at First Congregational Church, 123 E. Ruddle St., Coaldale.

Anyone who wishes to sing with the choir is welcome to attend.

The choir will sing during the Memorial Day Service at the church at 9 a.m., Sunday, May 27.
