What's the holdup on Rt. 903 slip ramp?

Dear Editor:

Can anybody explain what is the holdup on the "Route 903 slip ramp interchange"? The last article in your newspaper is from July 2011. I have tried to contact the Turnpike commission and just received a runaround about wetlands.

They have been talking about wetlands for over a year!!! The Turnpike website still states that phase 2 is to start in the Spring of 2012 and nothing has been updated for a long time. We are already in spring and the last time I drove over the turnpike on RT 903 nothing has changed.

Can you possibly look into the holdup and see if they will give you a definite date as to when they will actually start Phase 2.
