He originally was placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) probation program in April 2011 but it was revoked by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine in November 2011. Lutz then pleaded guilty to the DUI charge and Judge Domalakes sentenced him to serve six months in the IPP.

Jared Aaron Raczka, 21, Minersville, was removed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine from the ARD program for violating its rules by failing to report to his probation officer, found possessing drugs, failed to make timely payments on his court costs and fines, failed to attend counseling services, and failed to carry out community services. His case is returned to the trial list and he faces a charge of DUI of alcohol.

Donald C. Howley Jr., 45, Mahanoy City, had his probation revoked by Senior Judge Stine for violating rules by failing to report to his probation officer, failed to obtain permission to relocate and failed to keep up his payments of court costs and fines.

He was remanded to a state correctional facility to serve the balance of his original sentence, however, the court ruled he was entitled to his time of liberty while on parole, which when added to commitment time gives Howley time credit of 804 days. He had pleaded guilty in December 2009 to DUI of alcohol and was sentenced to serve 133 days to five years in the IPP.

Robert Andrew Vandaley, 29, Pottsville, had his parole revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin with his 233 days of liberty disallowed and he was remanded to a state correctional facility to serve the balance of this time. He is not eligible to apply for re-parole until Feb. 20, 2014.

Vandaley had pleaded guilty in April 2011 to DUI of alcohol and was sentenced to serve six months to five years in the county prison and was on parole when he violated the rules.
