Waste of money

Dear Editor:

In regards to curb to curb snow plowing in Summit Hill, as to plow snow 3 inches is a waste of taxpayer money. As to wages, wear and tear of equipment, and fuel for vehicles. 4 inches of snow should be the minimum to curb to curb plowing. As for the ordinance, the rules are written so nobody can understand them. Another way for the borough to make money.
