Beltzville couple wed 30 years

Mr. and Mrs. Tony Plocinik of Beltzville recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.

They were married Nov. 5, 1983 at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Lansford by the Rev. Dave Gillis.

Mrs. Plocinik is the former Ann Therese Kupec, daughter of Peter Kupec, Lansford, and the late Bernadine Kupec.

Her husband is the son of Ron Plocinik and Bernie Plocinik of Coaldale.

They have three children, Anthony, Ashley and Amanda, all at home.

Ann Therese is currently employed by the Palmerton Area School District as a secretary at Towamensing Elementary School. Tony is currently employed by Roche Diagnostics Pharmaceutical Company as an area consultant engineer.

The couple recently celebrated their special occasion with a 10-day trip to the Island of St. Kitts, West Indies.
