Salem St. Paul's

The Hanging of the Greens will be at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 21. They will be decorating the church for the Christmas season, preceded at noon by a luncheon. The sign-up sheet will be posted on the bulletin board by the church secretary's office. This event is open to everyone, not just the people coming to decorate.

The Christmas Cantata will be at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 22 followed by a social hour.

Christmas Eve worship with communion and candle lighting is 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Nursery will be provided.

Polk Elementary

Polk Elementary School is looking for help. Please contact the principal, Mrs. Greer or Ruby Dunlap at polk.ptd@pvbears.org or call Ruby at 570-730-4327.

There are many way to help: Book fair volunteers; Holiday shop; donate a ham or turkey for Easter baskets; long term volunteer (classroom tutor or library); sponsor a family for Christmas.
