Silberline employee

Silberline Manufacturing Co., Inc., the global supplier of effect pigments with its Corporate Headquarters in Tamaqua announced the appointment of Dr. Chang Xu to the position of Platform Leader-Polymer Encapsulation at the Tidewood facility. Dr. Xu holds a Ph.D. from City University of New York. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Science and Technology of China. Prior to joining Silberline, Dr. Xu held the position of Associate Scientist at The Dow Chemical Company, Spring House, PA. Dr. Xu and his family currently reside in the Allentown area.
