Lenten study
Pastor Suzanne Brooks-Cope is leading a Lenten study titled "Give Up Something Bad for Lent."
It meets at the church on Tuesdays at 1 p.m.
You are invited to join them.
Lenten service
The next Lenten service is Wednesday, Feb. 27 at St. Matthew's UCC. Come for soup and bring a sandwich at 6:30 p.m. The service begins at 7:30 p.m. Pastor William Ellsworth will be the guest preacher.
Exercising seniors
There is a low-impact exercise class for those over 55 at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10 a.m.
Chestnut Ridge Seniors
The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company. They will be celebrating Presidents Day with a quiz about the presidents and serve cherry pie with ice cream. Bring a bag lunch. They will be playing Bingo.
