Graduates magna cum laude from Moravian

Gina Marie Heintzelman has graduated magna cum laude from Moravian College with a bachelor of arts degree in English and a certification in secondary education for English and English as a second language. She is the daughter of Christine Heintzelman of Summit Hill and a graduate of Panther Valley High School.

Heintzelman earned dean's honor list standing and is a member of the Kappa Delta Pi International Education Honor Society, and served as treasurer of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society.

She was a Comenius Scholar for four years and a recipient of the 2011 Alumni Award. She served as a tutor for America Reads, and was a member of Colleges Against Cancer, the Newman Association and the Association of Peer Educators.
