Attains dean's list at West Virginia University

Julia Scotti, daughter of Donald and Linda Sterzen Scotti of Essex Junction, Vt. and granddaughter of Stephen and Esther Sterzen of Coaldale, has been named to the fall dean's list at West Virginia University with a 3.8 GPA.

A sophomore majoring in nursing with a minor in early childhood development, she graduated from Essex High School in 2011.

At WVU she was selected for the equestrian team to participate in the regional championship.
