Gyms for pets

Dear Editor:

Yes - across America there seems to be a trend where you could take your dog or cat to a gym, just like some of us go to a gym.

There is water therapy, inclines and treadmills, even various instruments that can maintain your pet's heart rate and etc. The focus and objective of these pet gyms is to lose weight.

I take my dog, Sierra, for her annual shots or whatever would be indicated otherwise. I walk around town with her, go up and down some steep inclines, paths, hills, even a swim at the lake, I won't disclose at this time. We average about a few miles a day, and of course I get some exercise too, Oh! and by the way you can sign up your pet for membership.
