Clean up the property

In regards to the property maintenance ordinance in Lansford. A neighbor of mine has all this junk and stuff on this property across the street from his house. It's so bad that he has to park part way on the street.

It's been going on for the last plus 10 years. These people come her from the city and think they own the town. The code enforcement officer was here about 10 years ago to get the property cleaned up but didn't do a good job. She never followed through on it. What started as a couple of blocks, is now a couple hundred with one plastic tank is now two plastic tanks for hauling home heating oil.

How legal is this? There is also a soda machine on the property as well. When is this going to stop? I filed a complaint with Lansford borough office as of know nothing has been done with the property. I ask all council members, how would you like to live next to this for the last plus 10 years? Years ago a man said Lansford was going to the dogs, boy was he right. if I wanted to sell my property living next to this mess, I would not get what it is worth do to this problem.

What am I going to do to get this issue resolved, sue the borough or what?
