Palmerton couple married 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Walck of Palmerton recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married Oct. 26, 1963 at Jerusalem Lutheran Church of Trachsville by the Rev. Wahrman.

Mrs. Walck is the former Judy Dotter, daughter of Gladys Dotter of Aquashicola, and the late Norman Dotter.

Richard is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Walck Sr. of Palmerton.

The couple have two daughters, Kim, wife of David Gilbert of Schnecksville, and Tonia Walck of Orefield.

They have two grandchildren, Zachary and Amanda Gilbert.

The Walcks celebrated this special occasion with a trip to Las Vegas and were treated to a family dinner at Trainer's Inn in Lehighton.
