Divorces granted

Michael Haywood, 326 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Joann Haywood, 101 W. Vine St., Ringtown. They were married Oct. 2, 2010.

Wendy Deysher Barnetsky, 4608 Haven Ford, Wilmington, Del., was granted a divorce from Joseph M. Barnetsky, 382 Ridge Road, Cumbola, Blythe Township. They were married Oct. 6, 2007.

Melissa M. Eifert, 22 Blue Mountain Drive, New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Daniel D. Eickert Jr., 30 Summer Mountain Road, New Ringgold. They were married April 2, 1988.

Joann M. Yuschock was granted a divorce from Harold S. Yuschock, both of Ashland. They were married Aug. 29, 1992.

Eric G. Graeff was granted a divorce from Jodie A. Graeff, both of Tremont. They were married July 6, 2007.

Jo Johnson, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Tommy K. Johnson Jr., Philadelphia. They were married June 15, 2002.

Hunter sentenced

Ronald Robert Hart, 50, of 130 Hollow Road, Ringtown, formerly of Sheppton, East Union Township, who was found guilty by a jury last Aug. 8 following a trial of 11 counts of unlawfully killing big game out of season, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and unlawfully taking of protected bird sanctuary, was sentenced by President Judge William E. Baldwin to serve four to eight months in the county prison, pay fines totaling $8,700, and his hunting privileges were revoked for 15 years. The court found him guilty of a summary charge of unlawfully taking possession of game and unlawfully taking of protected game put imposed no further purnishment.

He was found not guilty by a jury of eight counts of a person not to possess a firearm and the judge found him not guilty of summary charges of possession of unlawful devices and methods of hunting and three counts of retrieval and disposition of killed or wounded game or protected birds. He was cited by agents of the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

Pleas guilty

Allen Russell Harig, 35, Saint Clair, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was placed by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) for six months, fined $1,000, pay $300 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $460 to Schuylkill Medical Center, a $50 monthly supervision, enroll in alcohol highway safety school, complete outpatient treatment program, and driver's license suspended 12 months.

Harig was cited by Trooper Michael P. Becker after his vehicle struck a home on Wade Road in New Castle Township last Jan. 13.
