The majority is slighted in the U.S.
Dear Editor,
They say there is power in numbers. Well in this case, that isn't true.
I'm talking about the 1 percent of people out there that are complaining about prayer in schools. And that 1 percent is winning over the 99 percent of us that would like to see prayer remain in schools like it always has.
The Supreme Court has sided with the 1 percent that that's not right. It's a shame that a chaplain can't go into a school and say a prayer to celebrate Veteran's Day.
The veterans, through the grace of God, fought for and protect this country, and now the Supreme Court says they can't say a prayer in school.
I say just do it. What are they going to do? Lock everybody up?
We need to get the power in numbers back. Ninety-nine percent say we need prayer in this country.
Thank you
Joe Kosalko
