Gilbert couple wed 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Larry A. Krome of Gilbert recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married Oct. 5, 1963 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Brodheadsville by the Rev. Robert Galligan.

Mrs. Krome is the former Patricia Beck, daughter of the late Francis J. Beck and Myra Beck of Gilbert.

Mr. Krome is the son of Marjorie F. Krome, Gilbert, and the late Marvin R. Krome.

The Kromes have three children: Steven L. Krome, married to Terri Ann (Greenzweig) Krome of Lehighton; Kristine F. Krome, married to Jonathan Berry of Castle Rock, Colo.; and Elizabeth M. Krome of Gilbert.

They have four grandchildren: Garrett Krome, Allison Krome, Jack Berry and Charlie Berry.
