Accident suit
Michael Graziano, 13 Bowmans Rd., Jim Thorpe, filed a civil complaint against Megan J. Druker, same address.
The suit states on Oct. 27, 2011, the plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle operated by the defendant when it crashed along Maury Road, in Penn Forest Township. Graziano sustained injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages "in excess of jurisdictional amount requiring arbitration."
