New writers' group forming at Palmerton Area Library

The Palmerton Area Library, located at 402 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, is sponsoring a new writers group which will meet at the library on the first Tuesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. until noon.

The first meeting will take place on May 6.

All published authors or aspiring authors of romance or mystery are invited to attend.

The group will critique and edit each other's work and share publishing and marketing ideas.

Any editors or English specialists who simply enjoy reading or critiquing are welcome to join.

If interested, bring copies of your writing to the first meeting.

If you have ever thought about writing a romance novel or a mystery story, you are invited to the first meeting of this new writers' group to see what it is all about and to meet other people who are also aspiring or published authors.

This new group is free and open to the public.
