Easter at St. Matthew's UCC

St. Matthew's will hold a community egg hunt and games at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 19, in the picnic grove on Grove Road, Kunkletown.

If you would like to donate candy and eggs (hard-boiled and dyed and plastic) please have these items at the church by noon Saturday.

Easter Sunrise service will be at 6 a.m., Sunday in the picnic grove.

There will be a breakfast immediately following in the church fellowship hall.

At 9 a.m. there will be a traditional Easter worship service in the church. Communion will be served at both services.

Chestnut Ridge Seniors

The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 24, at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Co. Bring a bag lunch. They plan on playing the game "Now You Have it, Now You Don't."

Exercising seniors

There is a low-impact exercise class for those over 55 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., every Tuesday and Thursday at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company.
