First Niagara Bank, Harleysville National Bank and Citizens National Bank of Lansford, all of Buffalo, New York, have filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against Mickey M. and Barbara J. Smith, 292 Morris St., Ashfield, over a property at that address.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $48,020.37, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.
LSF8 Master Participation Trust, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has filed a mortgage foreclosure complaint against Kristine T. and John P. Fedora, 167 Chapman Circle, Albrightsville, over a property identified as Lot V1191, Section V, Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $156,068.10, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.

Citibank, N.A., Philadelphia, has filed a debt collection complaint against George Makovec, 132 Crescent Drive, Nesquehoning.
The plaintiff alleges the defendant is in default of a contract in which an unpaid credit card balance is sought.
Judgment in the amount of $4,233.41, plus interest, court costs and attorney's fees is sought.
CACH, LLC, Denver, Colorado, has filed a debt collection complaint against Todd Heiland, 4279 Long Run Road, Lehighton.
The plaintiff alleged the defendant is in default of a contract in which an unpaid credit card balance is sought.
Judgment in the amount of $5,534.97, plus interest, court costs and attorney's fees is sought.
Defaulted on loan
A civil action has been filed by Americredit Financial Services Inc., dba G.M. Financial, Fort Worth, Texas, against Nancy J. Walck, 626 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, claiming the defendant defaulted on a finance agreement relating to the purchase of a motor vehicle.
The complaints state the defendants entered into a finance agreement with the plaintiff for the purposes of purchasing a vehicle, but breached the terms of the agreements by failing to make payments when due.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment against in the amount of $11,746.30, plus costs permitted by law.

David D. Twardzik, P.O. Box 972, 24 Laurel Lane, Albrightsville, has filed a civil action against the Ocwen Loans Servicing Company, West Palm Beach, Florida, claiming the defendant has failed to pay the mortgage for which he has made payments.
The plaintiff contends he has never failed to pay his mortgage but was notified sometime after the service of it was transferred to Ocwen that the mortgage payments were not made.
The plaintiff states he was notified of a mortgage foreclosure action against him, and was also told by his insurance company that the insurance on the property was canceled because the mortgage was not paid. He is seeking relief of the court in resolving the issue.

R.F. Ohl Fuel Oil, Inc., 400 Interchange Road, Lehighton, has filed actions against three defendants who failed to pay their fuel oil bills with the plaintiff.
The plaintiff filed judgments that were ordered by Magisterial District Justice William Kissner after the complaints alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment charges. In each of the judgments, the unpaid cost of the fuel, attorney's fees and other costs were ordered.
Defendants are Michael Loy, 1158 Main Road, Lehighton, who owes $1,338.87; Mahasin Pegeise, 75 Oak Ridge Drive, Albrightsville, $1,936.96; and Marysol Mosquera, Breinigsville, $1,256.79.
