She earned an associate degree in business management from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
She is currently employed by First Northern Bank & Trust in Egypt, Pa.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rich and Karen Brown of Effort.
He is a 2003 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School and MCTI, where he studied electrical construction.
He is currently employed by Innovative Control Systems in Wind Gap.
A wedding is being planned for spring of 2015.
