Edward Q. Eidem, 404 W. Kline Ave., Lansford, filed against Shery Eidem, 988 Forest St., Lehighton. They were married Nov. 23, 1995.

Anthony J. Zehnder, 3669 Clauss Drive, Macungie, filed against Daria M. Zehnder, 67 Britt Drive, Lehighton. They were married Sept. 13, 1969.

Dianne Marrero, 937 State Route 903, Jim Thorpe, filed against Miguel Marrero, 818 E. Schiller St., Philadelphia. They were married July 12, 1996.

Jeffrey Oncay, 231 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, filed against Michelle P. Baker Oncay, c/o the Carbon County prison, Nesquehoning. They were married Aug. 29, 1989.

Ivor Lawrence, 52 Gower Road, Albrightsville, filed against Estelle Lawrence, same address. They were married June 30, 2000.

Judgment entered

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, c/o 4001 Schoolhouse Lane, Center Valley, filed a judgment against Donna H. Smith, 8120 Interchange Road, Lehighton, for $6,552.32 plus interest, costs, and fees.

Slip and fall suit

Marie K, and David C. Ronemus, 3 W. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, filed a civil complaint against John A. and Lelia Cahill, doing business as J&L Family Limited Partnership, Box 161, Kunkletown R.3.

The suit states on Feb. 6 the plaintiff was at 27 W. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, property owned by the defendants, when she was caused to slip and fall upon accumulated ice and snow on the property, causing injuries detailed in the suit.

Negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages not in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs, and fees.
