Slip and fall suit

The suit states on July 1, 2012, the plaintiff was walking on the defendants' property when she was caused to slip and fall on the ground by coming in contact with an uneven surface near a park bench. She suffered injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages not in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs, and fees.
