Penn Forest Township couple wed 55 years

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Ellis of Penn Forest Township are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary. They were married Nov. 21, 1959, at the Huguenot Reform Church in Staten Island, New York, by Dr. Winfield Burggraaff and the Rev. Charles Little, pastor.

Mrs. Ellis is the daughter of the late Ed and Gudron Hadden. Her husband is the son of the late Norman and Doris Ellis.

They have three children: Roger Ellis, Holly Ellis and Rick Ellis.

They have nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
