Graduates from Penn State University

Michael V. Uher of Coaldale graduated from Penn State University Park on May 9. He was awarded a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.

Uher is a 2009 graduate of Panther Valley High School. He is the son of John and Josie Uher of Coaldale and the grandson of Walter and Josephine Marmas of New Philadelphia.

He has accepted a position as a process engineer with Metso Minerals.
