Accident suit
Todd C. and Shelley L. Fisher, as parents/guardians of Tyler Fisher, 424 White St., Lehighton, a minor, has filed a civil complaint against Mikayla and Marylouise Blakeslee, 1390 Green St., Lehighton, over an automobile accident.
A crash occurred on Jan. 19 along Pohopoco Drive, in Franklin Township, when a vehicle operated by Mikayla Blakeslee allegedly struck one operated by Todd Fisher. The minor was a backseat passenger in the vehicle and sustained injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in "excess of the local rule requiring compulsory arbitration."
