Taste of Elegance Chef Competition

Recipes are being sought for the 19th annual Pennsylvania Taste of Elegance Chef Competition. The event is open to all chefs working full-time in the food service operatons.

Recipes submitted will be pre-judged and up to 10 chefs will be selected to compete on Nov. 17 at Bear Creek Resort in Macungie.

The winning chef receives $1,000 and will be invited to attend the National Pork Board's 2015 Taste of Elegance event.

All pork cuts may be used and recipes should be "menu friendly," showing practicality with flair.
