Carbon woman victim of fraud
A Carbon County woman is the victim of access device fraud.
State police at Fern Ridge said an unknown person obtained the personal information of a 39-year-old woman from the Pleasant Valley West development in Penn Forest Township, and used it to open credit card accounts and attempt to secure loans.
The incident was reported on Sunday.
