Maryland business bounces big check
State police at Frackville are investigating a bad check incident involving a large amount of money.
Troopers said J.W. Zaprazny Inc., 2401 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold, East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County, received a check from a Maryland business owner for $32,300 for scrap metal. The check was later returned because the account it was drawn on is closed.
Troopers did not name the suspect in the incident but said their investigation is continuing.
