Carbon man facing assault, and theft
A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Friday at 9:50 p.m. along East Market Street, in Tresckow, Banks Township.
State police at Hazleton said troopers responded to the above address for a report of an assault and theft. The victim, Ashley M. Sist, 29, reported that David John Swedo, 52, of Beaver Meadows, grabbed her by the neck and shoved her to the floor before taking her cell phone. Charges were filed.
