Monroe resident a victim of fraud
A Monroe County resident is the victim of access device fraud.
State police at Fern Ridge said a Saylorsburg resident received a call from PNC Bank, Tannersville branch, saying that two online purchases had been made totaling $3,500 on his credit card account. The male victim did not make the purchases.
The investigation is continuing.
