Two fugitives nabbed in Rush

Two people suspected in a Coaldale theft incident have been picked up by Rush Township police.

Taryn Depos, 29, of Tamaqua, and Andrew Masscotte, 20, of MaryD, were picked up on April 9 in the parking lot of the HT Commons Walmart.

In addition to the Coaldale case, Masscotte was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Delaware law enforcement authorities, while Depos was wanted on a warrant issued by Northampton County officials.

Both face charges filed by Coaldale police after a March 14 theft at a home in the 200 block of East High Street.

Both were lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville, to await transfer.
