Traffic stop leads to drug charges

Randall Scott, 29, and Matthew C. Jefferson Jr., 31, both of Philadelphia, are facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in Rush Township.

The two men were in a vehicle that was stopped on Claremont Avenue at 3:25 a.m. on April 12.
