Barnesville woman faces DUI charges
Donna Shistel, 62, of Barnesville, is facing charges of driving under the influence after a vehicle stop on Taggertsville Road in Rush Township, on April 21.
Shistel was stopped at 3:02 p.m., then refused to submit to a blood test.
