Hit-run driver being sought

A hit-and-run driver is being sought following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Julia Dana, 32, of Pottsville, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer northbound on Route 183, at 10:24 p.m. Saturday when she became involved in a road rage incident with another driver.

As the other driver passed Dana they drove their vehicle into the driver's side of the Trailblazer with the passenger side. After impact the other driver continued northbound without stopping.

Dana and passengers Harry Frantz, 43, and Karen Kershner, 52, both of Pottsville, were all not injured. Damages were minor to the Trailblazer.

The hit-and-run vehicle is a tan or gray Chevrolet pickup. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
