Lehigh driver facing charges

A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence and drug counts.

State police at Fogelsville said Daniel James Miller, 20, of New Tripoli, was stopped at 7:52 p.m. on April 1 at the intersection of Schochary and Kistler Valley roads, in Lynn Township, for a traffic violation.

He showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. He was also found to have in his possession a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Charges were filed, troopers said.
