Nesquehoning citations issued
Nesquehoning police filed a number of citations in the borough over the last few weeks.
On March 14, officer Timothy Wuttke cited Samantha D. Snyder, 40, for harassment involving an incident at Hydro's Bar. Snyder was also cited for disorderly conduct in the same incident.
On April 7, a vehicle that was parked in front of a fire hydrant was cited by Wuttke.
Wuttke also went to the Carbon County Correctional Facility on Sunday to help with the investigation regarding an inmate who committed suicide. The incident is still under investigation.
On April 14, officer Carl Breiner cited a driver for careless driving at the intersection of Routes 209 and 93. He also cited a driver for driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.
On April 25 officer Richard Neikam cited a driver who was clocked at 79 mph in a 55-zone along Route 93. He also cited a driver in the same area who was operating a vehicle while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.
On Monday, Neikam cited a driver for a red light violation. The incident happened at the intersection of Catawissa Street and Mermon Avenue.
