Palmerton police issue citations

Palmerton police released the following list of citations issued by officers.

Cole Kerschner, 24, of Lehighton, was cited for disorderly conduct for an incident on July 26 at 3:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Columbia Ave.

Jared Costenbader, 20, of Palmerton, was cited for speeding on July 25 at 8:10 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Thomas McClelland, 42, of Wantage, New Jersey, was cited on July 15 at 12:20 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue for obedience to traffic control devices.

April Ruch, 31, of Palmerton, was cited for defrauding secured creditors. The incident occurred on June 9 at 1 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Ave.

Jeremy Czapski, 30, of Palmerton, was cited for duty to give information and render aid, drivers required to be licensed, and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle. The incident occurred on July 28 at 6:27 a.m. in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.
